Grok Bot by SpaceXAI

SpaceXAI announced the beta launch of Grok Bot, a system of AI 'teammates' that can be given real work. Each bot has its own cloud-based computer, can sign into the tools and apps a company already uses (including those without clean APIs or MCP), and works across apps, inboxes, and websites. Bots complete jobs end to end, only returning to a human when approval is needed. They can be messaged like colleagues, remember past conversations, learn user preferences, and improve with use. The product began as an internal prototype at SpaceXAI, where teams used it for sales outbound, marketing campaigns, office operations, bug fixes, and more, and is now being opened publicly.

The key differentiator is that each bot has its own computer. Users report it feels like giving work to a teammate rather than prompting an agent; jobs do not stall when the user steps away. Inside SpaceXAI, multi-step coordinated jobs are already running: a sales bot updates the CRM with call transcript notes and drafts follow-ups, an ops bot seats new hires and processes invoices received in Gmail, and an engineering bot reproduces a bug in the product UI, files the ticket, and hands the fix to a debugging bot. The pitch emphasizes finishing the last 10% — the work lands in the actual tool where a human would put it.

Messaging and setup are simple: message a bot from phone or desktop like texting a teammate, and pick up the same thread later on either surface. There is no need to set up workflows or automations first — just hand off a task in plain language. Early users compare it to bringing on a coworker with no learning curve.

Grok Bot also supports running multiple bots in parallel, with one acting as a 'chief of staff' above specialists for inbox management, expenses, recruiting, bug fixes, or operations. Bots can independently message each other and share context in threads, staying aligned on the same account. The beta is available today for SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Ultra, and Cursor Teams Premium subscribers on desktop and iOS, with an enterprise waitlist for future access.
